100% Airén from Guyot-trained vines in chalky soils on a southeast-facing vineyard plot. Harvested in early September and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at 62ºF. The wine undergoes overnight maceration in the press and is aged on the lees for three weeks before bottling. Certified organic, vegetarian, and sustainable.
Tasting Notes: Bright and lively, packed with orchard fruit, and all of the white flower aromas its name suggests. Soft, approachable, and dangerously easy to drink.

100% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. Organic, hand-harvested grapes, macerated on skins at a controlled temperature. First fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by a second fermentation in autoclave for four months. No added sulfites.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red with violet reflections. Aromas of fresh grapes and red fruits. Sapid, harmonic, and fruity with a lively effervescence.

Pullus Pinot Grigio 2023
Štajerska, Slovenia

100% Pinot Grigio from steep-sloped vineyards in the Haloze Hills and Slovenske Gorice. Macerated for 48-72 hours with skins, giving the wine its distinct salmon hue. Fermented with high-grade native yeasts and aged on lees in stainless steel for six months. Environmentally friendly cultivation following Slovenia’s integrated farming guidelines.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of pear, green melon, and nectarine lead to an oily palate with depth and complexity. Bright acidity and inviting minerality.
